The Temperament Factor
How to create a cooperative environment at church and at home.
Knowing your own and other people’s temperament will reduce relational conflict caused by differences in values, ideas or opinions. Learn to recognize and reduce internal stress so you can deal better with external stress. Temperament determines how we handle the pressures of life and how vulnerable we are to certain temptations and sins. Move from living in your weaknesses to living in your strengths.
